Accessibility Statement
Valentino's is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.
Standard we're working toward
We're working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced for business websites. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we review the site on a regular basis.
What we've done
Recent improvements to this site include: descriptive alt text on images, labeled form fields, a "skip to content" link for keyboard users, visible keyboard-focus outlines on links and buttons, corrected heading structure for screen reader navigation, and accessible names on menu and navigation controls.
Known limitations
No website is perfect, and we may not have caught everything yet. If you run into any part of our site that's difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology, please let us know using the contact info below — we want to fix it.
Reporting an issue
If you experience any accessibility barrier on this website, please contact us at feedback@valentinosgourmet.com or call your nearest location. Please include the page you were on and a description of the issue so we can look into it quickly.
