How to get reward points for orders that you place online
You must have two accounts set up with the same email and phone number. Because we use a third party for our rewards program, there are 2 separate accounts that you need to create.
Rewards Account: https://app.rewardmebaby.com/valentinosgourmet
(This is the account that shows you how many points you currently have, as well as any offers or rewards available to you.)
(Once you create an online ordering account it will save your profile and sync up your rewards account to the online ordering account. You must use the same email and phone number as your rewards account in order for it to sync up correctly. Having an online ordering account also allows you to repeat previous orders that you have placed online before.)
Make sure that you are logged into the online ordering account when you order online. If you checkout as a guest, it will not add points to your rewards profile even if you use the same information as your rewards account since it needs you to be logged into the online ordering account in order to sync up with the rewards account.
After doing the above steps, you can verify that your rewards account is synced correctly with your online ordering account by the following:
Select the “View Account” tab at the top right of the page after you login to your online ordering account.
If you see four tabs near the top of the page (Profile, Rewards, Orders, & Addresses), then your rewards account is synced correctly to your online ordering account and you should receive points automatically.
If you only see three tabs near the top of the page (Profile, Orders, & Addresses) try signing out of the online ordering account (select “Sign Out” at the top right of the page, and then try signing back in. If you continue to only see three tabs, send us an email (see below)
If your rewards account is still not synced up after doing everything above, we are sorry, and please send us an EMAIL with the following:
Your Full Name
Email address (you used for both the rewards account and online ordering account)
Phone number (you used for both the rewards account and online ordering account)
Issue you are having (the more details you let us know, the better response we can give and faster we can fix the issue)
