All of our pizzas are made fresh to order, and can be baked at your convenience in only 8-14 minutes. Your pizza will be piping hot, when you want it. We do not use preservatives in our dough, so we recommend you cook our pizza within 2-3 hours of receiving it from us. If you want to cook the pizza later than the 3 hour mark, we recommend that you refrigerate the pizza, but make sure to take it out of the refrigerator and leave at room temperatuce for 1-2 hours before baking.

We cut our salad fresh everyday, using a mixture of green leaf and romaine lettuce for all of our salads except for our caesar salad in which we use 100% romaine lettuce. We add carrots and cabbage to all of our mixed green salads, and then we load them up with plenty of ingredients to satisfy your taste-buds.
Our portions are generous so don't be fulled by the size you choose. We offer five dressings dressings to choose from, that we put on the side to ensure that your salad stays fresh longer. Note, we have a sixth, secret dressing, called Ratali (Ranch/Italian mixture), which is one of our most popular dressings.
Feeding a larger group? No problem! Get any of our salads in a larger, party bowl size, that can range from feeding 8 to 25 people. Check out our catering page.

All of our subs at Valentino's come fully loaded on your choice of a freshly baked french (white), or wheat roll. We slice all of our meats, cheeses, and veggies daily to ensure that our product stays and tastes fresh. We offer three sizes to choose from: 6", 8" and 12". We have both cold and toasted options. You can even build your own sub too!
All of our sandwiches come on sliced bread and include a side salad. Enjoy your sandwich on a freshly baked sliced sourdough, or whole wheat bread. We have both cold and toasted options for you to choose from.
The side salad included comes with our mixed greens, cucumber, croutons and your choice of dressing. You can subsititue the side salad for chips, or upgrade it to any of our other salads for a small additional cost.

Thousand oaks: We can bake any size pizza for you!
Camarillo: We only bake 8" Personal size pizzas. All other size pizzas must be Take-n-Bake.

Our most popular catering choice! We have several different ways we can arrange this platter depending on your needs. Choose the types of subs you want, hot or cold, and we will cut them into 3”, 4”, or 6” slices, wrap them individually, and arrange them accordingly. We will also label each sub.

The perfect way to WOW your guests. These subs range between 3 to 6 feet long! Choose between any of our cold subs and we can make each foot a different flavor. We will gladly slice the sub for you upon request. Each foot comes with 12oz of meat! There is a $10 refundable deposit when you bring back the board that the sub comes on.
