Every pizza we hand out will include baking instructions like you see below.
Do you want an extra crispy crust? Try BBQing our pizza on your grill at home! It's really simple.
1st: Set the temperatue of your BBQ to 400 degrees, or medium heat.
2nd:Once heated to the right temperature, slide the pizza off of the cardboard onto the grill, leaving the parchament paper underneat the pizza. Yes the parchment paper stays underneath the pizza as it cooks.
3rd: Shut the lid and let the pizza cook for 3 minutes.
4th: After cooking for 3 minutes, open the lid, and rotate the pizza clockwise 180 degrees, so that the front of the pizza is now in the back of the grill, and the back of the pizza is now in the front (this helps cook the pizza evenly). Shut the lid again, and let cook for another 4 minutes.
5th: After cooking for the additional 4 minutes, the pizza should now be done. Check the bottom of the crust to make sure. If it needs to be cooked longer, check at every minute thereafter.
6th: When the pizza is ready, slide it back on top of the cardboard that you used to put the pizza in with, making sure to hold underneath with both hands.
7th: Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut and serve!
NOTE: Keep a close eye on the bottom of the pizza (crust) when it is done, the pizza is done.
NOTE: If you cook the pizza over 400 degrees, it is likely that the bottom of the crust will cook fully before the top does. So be careful not to over cook.
NOTE: If you use a stone, make sure the stone is on the grill while the BBQ is preheating. Still keep the pizza on the parchment paper even if you use the stone.
When you bake our S'mores Dessert Pizza, you must bake it at a lower temperature for a longer time. If you don't, the marshmallows will burn. Follow the normal baking instructions for our other pizzas except bake it at 325 degrees, and for 15-20 minutes.
